Moving: There and Back

Originally, I thought that it would be easiest to manage one blog instead of two (aka combining my Photoshop/writing blog with my photography blog). But what I realized is that the content of the combined blog is scattered. I want my blog to have a clear direction — an appeal. Therefore, I have decided to copy the photography posts from the last month that I have posted on my other blog ( I have taken numerous pictures of the gorgeous autumn season and I would love to share them…here. So stay tuned.

Changing leaves and berries

As I was walking home from class today, I saw this bush. The colors intrigued me so naturally, I had to take some pictures of it. I am not sure what kind of tree it is. Does anyone know?

Usually I am terrified of spiders, but seeing how peaceful this spider looked on this leaf made me think that the scene would make a perfect picture.

A Trip to Grandmother’s House

Today I visited my grandmother’s house. While I was waiting for my mother to get ready to leave, I was messing around with my camera, taking pictures of my BlackBerry. I thought that this one ended up looking pretty cool. My favorite parts are that you can see the crumbs on the table and my grandmother in the background.

Autumn is a gorgeous time of year, especially on the campus of Colgate University. This photo was taken of a tree that is across from the university’s main library.

The Hall of Presidents

This is an image of Colgate University’s Hall of Presidents, also known as the HOP. What I really love about this picture is the fog in the background.

Peruvian Lilies

My sorority received a bouquet congratulating us on a successful recruitment of new members. These are two flowers from that bouquet.
